Develop and Drive an on-ground Insurance distribution strategy to ensure Growth targets are met.
Collaborate with IT and other M-Pesa teams to support new product developments, product upgrades, configuration changes, change requests, and incidents.
Hold overall accountability for VodaBima Customers' Retention Strategy and churn management.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with Insurance partners.
Ensure timely payment of VodaBima Platform fees by Partners.
Oversee timely claims payment and improve customer satisfaction with VodaBima services.

Develop and Drive a strategy to achieve maximum penetration and adoption of VodaBima Products & Services.
Align with the Product development team on new developments and sort all issues requiring developments and enhancements.
Perform competitor analysis and develop tactical initiatives to address challenges.
Perform frequent consumer understanding activities and physical visits to learn the behavior and/or pain points of different customer segments and provide key insights for development.
Consistently monitor churn rate, subscriber base, usage, and propositions to ensure a healthy customer base.

Bachelor's degree in risk management and insurance, Actuarial Science, or its equivalent.
She/he must have at least 3 years of working experience in the insurance business.
Understanding of insurance laws and regulations of the country.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the value chain.
Project management knowledge and experience would be advantageous.
