DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying training and propose trai to plans in order to maintain standards of service
- Planning and conducting on and off job training on monthly basis
- Attending daily briefing or meeting and ensure proper communication
- Involve outlet promotional activities
- Creating new promotion to attract guests and meet revenue
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Hospitality with experience in food and Beverage depertment within Hotel
- Exellent communication skills
- Fluent in English language
- Problem solving skills
- Computer literacy and previous experience with opera are added advantage
